Single generation since 2023. Built at Mercedes-Benz US International, Tuscaloosa, Alabama — same plant as EQE SUV. Underlying EVA2 (Electric Vehicle Architecture 2) platform shared with EQS sedan / EQE / EQE SUV. Three-row 7-passenger seating standard with optional 6-passenger captain's-chair second row. The EQS SUV is the largest Mercedes-Benz EV by passenger and cargo capacity.
