Buick Enclave
Three-row family CUV across three generations. Buick's volume seller throughout the 2010s. Avenir trim is genuinely premium.
The Enclave is Buick's three-row family crossover SUV — launched 2008 and continuing in production today across three generations. Lambda platform first gen (2008-2017): 3.6L LY7/LLT V6 (275-288 hp), six-speed automatic, FWD or AWD. Three-row seven/eight-passenger seating. C1XX platform second gen (2018-2024): redesigned with new 3.6L LGX V6 (310 hp), nine-speed automatic, FWD or AWD. Avenir trim added at top of lineup with quilted leather, premium audio, unique grille, and exclusive 20-inch wheels — Buick's response to the Lincoln Black Label and Acura Type S Advance trims. Third gen (2025-present): clean-sheet platform sharing components with the Chevy Traverse, 2.5L turbo I4 (328 hp) replacing the V6, optional Super Cruise hands-free driving. The Enclave has been Buick's volume seller for most of the 2010s — outselling all Buick sedans combined for years. Production at GM Lansing Delta Township. Now firmly the volume Buick used market; Avenir-trim examples are particularly desirable for the genuinely-premium interior.
