Toyota's GT86 successor co-developed with Subaru (BRZ). ZN8 generation - 2.4-litre naturally aspirated FA24 flat-four, rear-wheel drive, six-speed manual, Torsen LSD as standard. 234 bhp - up 33 bhp on the original GT86 - and crucially with peak torque (250 Nm) arriving 1500 rpm earlier killing the dreaded mid-range hole. UK allocation was tiny (initial run sold out in 90 minutes) and it was discontinued from new in the UK in 2024 due to Euro 7 ADAS requirements. Used values now firm. The driver's car of the decade for under $0k.
