Maserati Grecale
Maserati's compact luxury SUV. Stelvio-platform-derived. 2.0L MHEV (300 hp) / 3.0L Nettuno V6 Trofeo (530 hp) / Folgore EV (818 hp).
The Grecale is Maserati's mid-size luxury SUV — launched 2023 to take over the role the Levante held in the segment, while the Levante was discontinued in 2024. M182 platform shared with the Alfa Romeo Stelvio underpinnings (Giorgio platform). Three powertrain configurations: GT (2.0L Hurricane mild-hybrid I4, 296 hp / 332 lb-ft, ZF 8-speed auto, Q4 AWD), Modena (same 2.0L MHEV but 325 hp tune), and the Trofeo halo (3.0L Nettuno V6 twin-turbo — same engine architecture as the MC20 — producing 523 hp / 457 lb-ft, 0-60 in 3.6 sec, top speed 177 mph). Q4 AWD standard across all ICE Grecales. Grecale Folgore (BEV, 2024+): all-electric variant with 105 kWh battery, dual-motor AWD, 818 hp (combined) / 605 lb-ft, 0-60 in 4.1 sec, top speed 137 mph (limited), EPA-rated 268-mile range, 800V architecture supporting 150 kW DC fast charging. Standard equipment: 12.3-inch driver display, 12.3-inch central touchscreen, 8.8-inch climate display (three-screen layout), full leather, digital clock (Maserati's first digital clock — also functions as voice command response indicator and configurable for compass / G-meter), panoramic sunroof, 19-21 inch wheels. Bowers & Wilkins 14-speaker audio optional. Trims: GT, Modena, Trofeo, Folgore. Built at Cassino plant, Italy (alongside Alfa Romeo Stelvio). Currently the Grecale is Maserati's best-selling US model — competing against Porsche Macan, BMW X3, Mercedes GLC, but with halo Nettuno V6 power and Maserati luxury character distinguishing it.
