Segment
Large SUV
Lotus's first SUV, first electric production car, and largest car ever made — built in Wuhan, China by Geely, on a new 800V architecture. Eletre (Standard / S, 603 bhp), Eletre R (905 bhp). 109 kWh battery, ~370 mile WLTP range, dual-motor AWD only. Twin five-mode air-spring suspension with 48V active anti-roll. An absolute philosophical departure for Lotus — 2.5 tonnes, lounge cabin, lidar pop-ups, a long way from Colin Chapman's add-lightness ethos. But fast, plush and deeply weird.
