Infiniti Q50
Infiniti Q50 — spec data and generation history.
Nissan's premium saloon dressed up as Infiniti — replacement for the G37 in the UK from 2013, sold here until Infiniti withdrew in 2019. FM rear-drive platform shared with 370Z and Skyline. UK got the 2.2 diesel (Mercedes OM651), 3.5 V6 hybrid and the headline 3.0 V6 twin-turbo (300 or 400 bhp Red Sport, the latter only briefly). Direct Adaptive Steering — the world's first production steer-by-wire system — was either fascinating or off-putting depending on who you asked. Brand exit means dealer support is gone; mechanical support comes via Nissan.
