Porsche's first all-electric production car. Saloon, Cross Turismo (raised estate) and Sport Turismo body styles. J1 platform — 800V architecture, 270 kW DC fast charging out of the box. RWD, 4S, GTS, Turbo, Turbo S, and Turbo GT trims. The 2024 facelift bumped Turbo S to 939 bhp on overboost (2.4s 0-62) — quickest Porsche road car ever. Electric Macan, Boxster and Cayman join Taycan on PPE/PPE-derived platforms by 2026, but Taycan remains the dynamic benchmark.
