Lexus NX
Lexus NX — spec data and generation history.
Lexus's compact-executive SUV — two generations. Mk1 (2014-2021) launched with the angular 'spindle grille' look, NX200t turbo petrol (UK rare) and NX300h hybrid as the volume seller; Mk2 (2021-Present) on the GA-K platform brought the NX350h hybrid (240 bhp) and the long-awaited NX450h+ PHEV (302 bhp, 40-mile EV range). AWD via E-Four (electric rear motor) on hybrids; AWD on PHEV is also E-Four. No diesel ever, no V6 in UK, no manual. The PHEV is the standout — same drivetrain as RAV4 Plug-in but with Lexus interior and warranty. Mk2 is a major step up from Mk1 — newer infotainment, much better cabin, sharper drive. Buy it over a German rival if you value low-fuss ownership.
